Ribbed Smoked Sheet, RSS 1, RSS 3

RSS refers to Ribbed Smoked Sheets, produced from natural rubber latex as ribbed sheets, by coagulation with acids and sheeting, properly air dried and smoked, and visually graded. Ribbed smoked sheets (RSS) are graded based on visual assessment of quality. The International Rubber Quality and Packing Conference (IRQPC) have specified the grade descriptions, to establish

acceptable grades for commercial usage.

Bale form: popular form 33.33 kgs/bale/ order form: 35.00, 50, 111.11 kgs/bale PE in normal (melting point 109oC) or thick poly.

Packing in loose bales or wooden pallets or shrink-wrapped pallets or plastics pallets

Shelf-life: 06 month since the production time. Suitable storage conditions in a dry cool place and should be protected from light, moisture, oxygen, heat, ozone, any chemicals and deformation & cool temperature. During storage, rubber products can undergo changes in physical properties
