Is Global Trade Sourcing free for buyers?
Yes. Buyers can search suppliers, post RFQs, and receive quotes completely free. There are no fees or commitments to source on Global Trade Sourcing.
How does RFQ matching work?
When you post an RFQ, our engine routes it to the most relevant verified suppliers based on category, country, verification level, and supplier track record. Suppliers then respond with quotes.
How does buyer lead access work for suppliers?
Paid membership gives suppliers buyer lead access — full RFQ briefs and buyer information reveals within your daily plan allowance. Higher tiers include more reveals and faster lead delivery.
How are suppliers verified?
Suppliers can reach Verified or Audited status through our verification process. Verification level, response rate, and membership tier all factor into ranking and buyer trust.
What's the difference between membership tiers?
Higher tiers receive leads faster (instant vs. delayed), a larger daily buyer information limit, more buyer lead access, and higher placement in search and matching. See the pricing page for details.
How quickly will I get quotes?
Suppliers review routed RFQs from their portal and can respond when the requirement matches their products or services. Premium suppliers receive faster RFQ routing based on their membership tier.
Can I message suppliers directly?
Yes. Once connected through an inquiry or RFQ, buyers and suppliers can communicate to negotiate pricing, MOQ, and terms.
