This Disclaimer applies to all content, tools, and services made available on the Global Trade Sourcing B2B Platform (the “Platform”) and forms part of, and should be read together with, the Terms & Conditions, including Section 18 (Disclaimers) and Section 19 (Limitation of Liability) of the Terms.

2. No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Platform, including general guides, blog content, market information, or customer support communications, constitutes legal, tax, customs, financial, or other professional advice. Users should consult a qualified professional advisor before making decisions based on such information.

3. “As Is” Basis and No Warranty

The Platform and all related tools, features, and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

4. User Content and Third-Party Information

Listings, company profiles, reviews, and other Content on the Platform are submitted by Users or third parties and do not represent statements, endorsements, or verifications by Global Trade Sourcing, except where a specific verification badge is displayed and only to the limited extent described in the Verification Policy.

5. No Guarantee of Transaction Outcomes

Global Trade Sourcing does not guarantee that any inquiry, RFQ, lead, listing, membership, or promotional service will result in a completed Transaction, a response, a sale, or any particular business outcome, consistent with Section 3 (Nature of the Platform) of the Terms.

6. External Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Global Trade Sourcing. Global Trade Sourcing does not review, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any linked third-party site, consistent with Section 15 (Third-Party Services and Links) of the Terms.

7. No Fiduciary or Agency Relationship

Nothing in these Terms, this Disclaimer, or the use of the Platform creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, escrow, or employment relationship between Global Trade Sourcing and any User. Global Trade Sourcing does not act as agent for any Buyer or Supplier in a Transaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Global Trade Sourcing's liability in connection with the Platform is limited as set out in Section 19 (Limitation of Liability) of the Terms, and this Disclaimer does not expand any liability of Global Trade Sourcing beyond what is stated there.

9. Changes to this Disclaimer

Global Trade Sourcing may update this Disclaimer from time to time by posting the revised version on the Platform.
